What is your lead time?

Each piece of furniture is made to order by us. We have a 2-6 week lead time on most of our items. Most products can be produced in little as two weeks, please contact us for confirmation. 

How will I know my order is ready to be shipped?

You will receive notification via phone call or WhatsApp when your order is ready for pickup.

Where do you ship?

At the moment, we do not provide shipping services. However, we are working towards offering shipping options in the near future. Currently, we only offer pick-up services.

Does my custom furniture comes assembled?

Some light assembly may be required when your Live Edge Slabs Furniture arrives. On orders with tables and benches legs will need to be assembled using a Phillips screwdriver.

How should I measure my space?

See below for the different height references to better understand how to measure your space and get the right size for you.

 

Table height – 30 Inch tall

Counter height – 36 Inch tall

Bar height – 42 Inch tall

What if I don’t see the size I need?

Is the wood color going to be identical to the color in the images?

The photos on our website are taken by professional photographers under lighting conditions that are typical in a residential home.

We strive to accurately show the finish, color, and texture of our products as best we can. Depending on the display of your monitor or printer, the images can vary based on the different settings. Please note that there are naturally occurring differences in the wood logs we use so piece is the same. The product you receive may not be an exact match to the photo displayed due to natural variability in these raw materials.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Card

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover).

PayPal

We accept PayPal.

Do you have installment plans available?

Yes. We offer installments through ShopPay interest free. You can select the option at checkout.

When will you charge my payment?

You will be charged for your order when you place it. If for any reason you decide to cancel before your order processes and ships, you’ll be refunded in full.

You can cancel your order in the first 24 hours for a full refund.

Do you offer any discounts?

We have different discounts periodically. Subscribe to our newsletter to get notified when a sale goes live!

My furniture is damaged, what do I do?

Some times accidents may happen but don’t worry we can help. Depending on the extent of damage we can fix on the spot or it may have to be returned to the wearhouse for proper repairs to be made. 

If damage has occurred please take photos of packaging and the damaged piece. Please submit these to us via email within 1 day of receiving your order.

Can I return/exchange my order?

All custom items are not eligible for return.

If your item qualifies for a return, we’ll require either a receipt, an order number or any other proof of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If a package is returned to L.E.S. Furniture because of an incorrect/incomplete address, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Return Policy: L.E.S. Furniture accepts returns on all non-custom items within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is liable for all shipping costs incurred by returning the item.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received as long as it is in the condition it was shipped.

All items shipped via freight are not eligible for return.

Can I cancel my order?

There is a 20% restocking fee on returned items and items that are cancelled after the 24-hour cancellation policy. Due to the nature of our custom products, once we start working on your order, we are unable to accept cancellations. Please reach out to us and a member of our team will check if cancellation can be processed.
